Telehealth (video) appointments in place of face-to-face appointments are now available for urgent issues such as eye allergy and infections. Our doctor can see you from your couch, your office, your hotel room—basically, from wherever you have access to the Internet. No additional downloads of any apps required.  Details about virtual check ins and process will be provided once an appointment is booked and confirmed.

• Telehealth minimizes the inconvenience of travel time and associated costs and promotes social distancing. 

• For minor eye conditions such as inflammations, allergy and infections, video consults provide immediate attention and minimize delays to receive proper treatment management. And with a highly secure internet connection to our tele health platform, all sessions will be private. 

• Please note that we require a Pay-pal payment *prior to a virtual appointment. Other payment options may involve your insurance company.  Given the COVID19 crisis has imposed new norms on us, most major medical insurance companies may reimburse their members for Telehealth appointments. We will provide you with an itemized receipt which is required for the insurance claims and to start the reimbursement  process.

• Telehealth requires no special software or technical skills. All you need is a computer or cellular phone (with an integrated camera). And no additional downloads. It’s as simple as that.
