COVID-19: Office policy

To our valued patients:  As we are now seeing patients for all vision services, we remain committed to your health and safety. You can now schedule an in-office comprehensive eye and contacts lens examinations.  Below are safety measures we will take to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our county:

  • At the time of your appointment, we’ll begin the check in process at curbside or front porch (for those who travel by foot.) We’ll ask you how you feel, and if you have concerns, we’ll encourage you to reschedule.  We will run a temperature scan on you to ensure a reading of less than 100.3F.  All entry to clinic must register a reading < 100.3F.

  • Please wear a face mask or covering before entering our clinic.

  • All our employees and doctor are routinely washing hands for 20 sec. and following strict social distance guidelines, including daily temperature checks, and use of personal protective gears;

  • Our CLINIC HOURS and appointment schedule remain limited, and all services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  per the city Mayor's advice.

  • Frequently- touched surfaces and equipments will continue to be sanitized routinely and between each patient visit;

  • All eyewear will be isolated and sanitized after each try-on.

  • We will continue to use mobile check out and e- paperwork transmissions that are HIPPA secured;

  • We will provide curbside assistance or by appointment only for the pick-up of glasses, contact lenses; and

  • We will continue to offer virtual appointment for emergent needs for inflammations and infections of the eyes.

Rest assured we are constantly monitoring the CDC to determine the best course of action for patient care and enhanced disinfectant protocols. Please be flexible with us as we navigate together during this very challenging time. Be safe and stay well! Thank you for your cooperation.
